Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear , wear panty hose when putting the girdles on. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Items received after the five-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Procedure for Returns:

Once the orders are processed and taken under the responsibility of the courier company they will be responsible for its delivery. As you know there could be delays due holiday or seasonal volume.
